Yes - we run Berlin and European renovations end to end on your behalf, from design and permits through contractors to handover, with regular updates.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. We coordinate the required building permits and work within local rules such as Milieuschutz (social-conservation zones) and Denkmalschutz (heritage protection) where they apply.
