Artic/B started a decade ago, working with Israeli and international owners who had bought property in Germany and didn't know what to do with it next. From day one, the work has lived between two cities: Berlin and Tel Aviv.

Over time, the work expanded - from managing a single apartment to handling estate matters, complex tax cases, multi-party renovations and acquisition mandates for family offices.

What stayed constant is the role: a single, trusted point of contact on the ground in Europe. Not a broker. Not a law firm. Not a contractor. The person you call when you don't know who to call anymore.

Today we operate out of two offices - Berlin and Tel Aviv - so clients always have someone in their timezone, in their language. Berlin is where ten years of relationships, professional partners and trust live. Tel Aviv is where most of our owners are. The vision is to be that same address for international owners across Western Europe.
